Eligibility Criteria for AAI Recruitment 2023
To be eligible for these positions, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
Education Qualification:
- Junior Assistant (Office): Any Graduate
- Senior Assistant (Accounts): Bachelor’s degree in commerce, preferably B.Com, with 2 years of relevant experience in fields such as financial statements preparation, taxation (direct and indirect), audit, and other finance and accounts related areas.
- Junior Executive (Common Cadre): Any graduate
- Junior Executive (Finance): B.Com with ICWA/CA/MBA (2 years duration) with specialization in Finance.
- Junior Executive (Fire Services): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Tech. in Fire Engg./Mechanical Engg./Automobile Engg.
- Junior Executive (Law): Professional degree in Law (3 years regular course after graduation OR 5 years integrated regular course after 10+2) and the candidate should be eligible to get enrolled as an Advocate in the Bar Council of India to practice in Indian courts.
Age Limit:
- Junior Assistant: Maximum age of 30 years
- Senior Assistant: Maximum age of 30 years
- Junior Executive: Maximum age of 27 years
Salary:
- Junior Executive [Group-B: E-1]: Rs.40,000-3%-140,000/-
- Senior Assistant [Group-C: NE-6]: Rs.36,000-3%-110,000/-
- Junior Assistant [Group-C: NE-4]: Rs.31,000-3%-92,000/-
Selection Process for AAI Recruitment 2023
The selection process for these positions involves the following steps:
- Online Examination: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the details provided in their application form and will be called for an objective type online examination. There will be no negative markings for wrong answers.
- Application Verification / Computer Literacy Test / Physical Measurement & Endurance Test / Driving Test: Shortlisted candidates will be called for further tests based on their performance in the online examination.
Application Fee and How to Apply
AAI Recruitment 2023 Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs.1,000/- (inclusive of GST) through online mode. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories, apprentices who have completed one year of training in AAI, and female candidates are exempted from payment of the fee.
