Eligibility Criteria for Non-Medical Positions:
1. Assistant Administrative Officer:
ACTREC Recruitment 2023 – Qualification: Graduation from a recognized University with a Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management/ Healthcare Management from a reputed Institution.
– Essential Experience: Candidates should have experience in Administration, Establishment Matters, and Recruitment. Those working in the Government/Autonomous Body/PSUs should have a minimum of 8 years of experience and must be in Pay Matrix Level 5 (GP 2800) and above. Candidates from the private sector should have 8 years of experience and be drawing a current gross salary equivalent to Pay Matrix Level / GP 4200, i.e., approximately Rs. 71,975 per month.
2. Assistant Accounts Officer:
ACTREC Recruitment 2023 – Qualification: Graduation from a recognized University with a Degree or Diploma in Financial Management from a reputed Institution. Alternatively, candidates can have a professional qualification of Chartered Accountant or ICWAI.
– Essential Experience: Candidates should have experience in the Accounts Department dealing with Billing, Salary, Budget, Cash & Bank, and Balance Sheet. Similar to the Assistant Administrative Officer position, candidates working in the Government/Autonomous Body/PSUs should have 8 years of experience and be in Pay Matrix Level 5 (GP 2800) and above. Candidates from the private sector should have 8 years of experience and be drawing a current gross salary equivalent to Pay Matrix Level-6/GP 4200, approximately Rs. 71,975 per month.
3. Assistant Administrative Officer (Purchase/Stores/Purchase & Stores):
ACTREC Recruitment 2023 – Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university with a Degree or Diploma in Material Management from a reputed institution.
– Essential Experience: Candidates should have experience in the import of chemicals, laboratory and hospital equipment, and the purchase of drugs, surgical items, kits, reagents, etc. They should be well-versed with customs clearance formalities, Purchase Information Systems, and modern methods of Material Management. The experience requirements are the same as mentioned above for Assistant Administrative Officer.
4. Scientific Assistant ‘C’ (Nuclear Medicine):
ACTREC Recruitment 2023 – Qualification: B.Sc. in Physics / Chemistry / Biology / Nuclear Medicine or equivalent with D.F.I.T. / DMRIT and passed RSO Level (Nuclear Medicine) examination conducted by RPAD/AERB. Candidates must also have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
5. Nurse ‘A’:
ACTREC Recruitment 2023 – Qualification: General Nursing & Midwifery plus Diploma in Oncology Nursing with 1-year clinical experience in a 250-bedded hospital. Alternatively, candidates can have a Basic or Post Basic BSc. (Nursing) with 1-year clinical experience in a minimum 850-bedded hospital. Clinical experience before post-Basic B.Sc. will also be considered.
– Additional Requirement: Candidates should be eligible to register with the Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council, and completion of Hepatitis B Vaccination is mandatory. The working pattern will be 6 days a week.
6. Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Transfusion Medicine):
ACTREC Recruitment 2023 – Qualification: B.Sc. in Biochemistry / Chemistry / Botany / Zoology / Microbiology with a minimum of 50% marks and a degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (OMLT) or Blood Bank Technology from a recognized University.
– Essential Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 1-year experience in an FDA-licensed Blood Bank. Alternatively, candidates with B.Sc. (MLT) and 2 years of experience in an FDA-licensed Blood Bank are also eligible.
7. Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Anesthesia):
ACTREC Recruitment 2023 – Qualification: B.Sc. with a minimum of 50% marks and a one-year certificate/Diploma course in ICU/OT Techniques/Respiratory therapy Techniques/Dialysis Techniques. Alternatively, candidates can have a Bachelor’s degree in paramedical Technology – OT Techniques, Respiratory Therapy, or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks.
– Experience: Candidates should have at least 1 year of work experience in ICU/OT Technician. Experience in Dialysis is desirable.
8. Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Dental & Prosthetic Surgery Medicine):
ACTREC Recruitment 2023 – Qualification: B.Sc. in any subject from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks AND a Certificate/Diploma in Dental Mechanic course (2 years) from a dental college/institution recognized by the Dental Council of India. Candidates should be registered under any State Dental Council or Dental Council of India, Delhi.
9. Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Radiation Oncology):
ACTREC Recruitment 2023 – Qualification: B.Sc. (PRS) with a minimum of 50% marks and a Post Graduate Diploma in Radiotherapy Technology from a recognized institution/university approved by AERS with a minimum year of experience in modern Radiotherapy Technology. Alternatively, candidates can have a B.Sc. (Radiotherapy Technology) – a 3/4 years course from a recognized institute/university approved by AERB with 3 years of experience in modern Radiotherapy Technology.
10. Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Animal Sciences):
ACTREC Recruitment 2023 – Qualification: B.Sc. in Nuclear Medicine Technology with 50% marks and 1-year experience in Nuclear Medicine. Alternatively, candidates can have B.Sc. with 50% marks plus a Diploma in Medical Radioisotope Technology (D.M.R.I.T.) and 1-year experience in the Nuclear Medicine field. Candidates with a B.Sc. in any branch of Biological Sciences with 50% marks and 1 year of experience in a Laboratory and animal handling are also eligible.
11. Assistant Security Officer:
ACTREC Recruitment 2023 – Qualification: For Ex-Servicemen, an equivalent graduation certificate from the Armed Forces or any recognized university. Ex-servicemen who have rendered a minimum of 15 years of service with the rank of Havildar/Sergeant/Petty Officer or above.
– For Civilian Candidates, graduation from a recognized University and possession of an NCC ‘C’ certificate. Candidates with a minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Security Officer, Security Supervisor, or Security Assistant in a large Civil Organization, such as a Hotel, Hospital, or Airport, with good public relations qualities, are also eligible.
12. Pharmacist ‘B’:
ACTREC Recruitment 2023 – Qualification: B.Pharm or D.Pharm. Registration with State Pharmacy Council with duly allotted Registration Number is mandatory.
– Essential Experience: For B.Pharm, a minimum of 1-year experience is required. For D.Pharm, a minimum of 3 years of experience is required. Experience in a Dispensary/Pharmacy of a Hospital with a minimum of 200 beds is essential. Experience of working on a computerized system is desirable. Candidates should be prepared to work in shift duties, including the night shift.
13. Technician ‘C’ (Networking):
ACTREC Recruitment 2023 – Qualification: Diploma in Electronics/Computer Engineering or Graduate in Computer Science or any other graduate with at least a one-year certificate course in Computer Technology from a reputed institute and professional CCNA certification.
– Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on work experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining large IT i-series (AS/400) System operations. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting various network equipment such as L2 and L3 switches, routers, Wi-Fi Networking components, etc., and knowledge of network security and firewall are also required. Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare industry will be preferred.
14. Stenographer:
– Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university with a course in Short Hand with a speed of 80 w.p.m, and Typewriting @ 40 w.p.m. respectively. Candidates should also have a computer course of a minimum duration of 3 months in Microsoft Office. Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Computer or Information Technology are exempted from the 3 months computer course.
– Additional Requirement: Candidates should have a minimum of one year of secretarial experience in a reputed organization. Preference will be given to candidates having a Diploma in Secretarial Courses.
15. Technician ‘A’ (CRI Lab):
– Qualification: H.S.C. in Science from a recognized institute.
– Experience: Candidates should have at least one year of experience in handling day-to-day activities of the Biology Research Laboratory. Knowledge of Glassware cleaning, cleaning of laboratory equipment and areas, buffer preparation, and reagents is essential.
