Detailed Eligibility:

• Bachelors / Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering between 2022 / 2023 passout.
• Strong understanding of chemicals and non-chemical hazards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Must have skills: Chemical Engineering

  Good to have skills: Chemical Reaction Engineering, Process Engineering, Energy Balance, PID, problem-solving, BEP, Technical Services, PFD, Pump Calculations, Material Balance, HAZOP, Heat Transfer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create and implement manufacturing procedures (MPR)/SOPs for operators on the shop floor.
• Optimize the manufacturing process to reduce cycle times while adhering to HSE & Q Standards.
• Analyze utility, quality, yield, and raw material consumption variance periodically.
• Commission new projects/products by preparing MPR/SOPs/P&ID and performing risk assessments in a team.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement learnings in operations.
• Provide first-line support for troubleshooting in operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by reporting HOD.
