Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess a First-Class (with a minimum of 60% in aggregate) B.E./B.Tech Degree in CSE/IT/ECE/EEE/Mech./Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering. Additionally, candidates must have at least one year of post-qualification experience in Election & field operations, Repair & Maintenance of Electronic equipment, or industrial production.
Age Limit (As on 10 August 2023): 30 Years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC: 3 Years
- Candidates belonging to PwBD category with a minimum 40% disability or more will receive an additional 10 years relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.
- The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989.
Selection Process:
Candidates will undergo registration and successful document verification before being allowed to proceed. Shortlisted candidates will then be evaluated based on Personal Interviews. The final selection will be made considering the following criteria:
- Qualification: 20% of aggregate percentage in Engineering
- Relevant experience: 30 marks (10 marks for the initial one year experience & 10 marks for each additional year, max. up to 30 marks)
- Personal Interview: 50 marks
