Detailed Eligibility:
Assistant Engineer Trainee:
- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering (IT, Telecom)
- Experience: 0-2 years
Responsibilities of Assistant Engineer Trainee:
- Manage incidents raised through the ticketing tool or on customer request
- Collaborate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and third-party vendors to identify issues with client infrastructure equipment
- Assist onsite engineers in checking and resolving equipment issues, making conscious decisions to minimize downtime
- Document new resolutions and identified solutions
Requirements for Assistant Engineer Trainee:
- Interface with project managers and end-to-end leads to ensure timely project deliverables
- Implementation of activities related to 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies
- Expertise in Nokia/Ericsson technologies
- Knowledge of importing and provision of XMLs and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of parameters related to new site integrations and optimizations
