Detailed Eligibility:
- M.Sc. in Agriculture with specialization in Agronomy from a reputed institution with agricultural-related experience.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- A person with a flair for field work, group interactions, and suitable experience will be preferred.
- Key Skills: Agronomy, Soil Science
- Additional/Preferred Skills: Cropping System Management.
- Experience: 0 – 5 years
Responsibilities:
- To support the Principal Investigator in conducting strategic research experimentation at the on-station.
- Record scientific data periodically on growth and yield parameters as well as undertake crop-cutting experiments to record yields and other benefits.
- Compile and analyze the dataset, prepare a report, and document the findings.
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team of scientists in arranging different capacity-building programs and support documentation.
- Support the supervisor in synthesizing project reports, preparations of project proposals, and research publications.
- In addition to the above, any other responsibilities as entrusted by the supervisor.
