Detailed Eligibility:
IIOR Recruitment 2023 Candidates interested in applying for the Senior Research Fellow position must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- M.Sc. (Ag) with specialization in Plant Breeding / Agronomy or any other discipline in agriculture science (Or) M.Sc.(Biotechnology / Botany) with NET (by ICAR, CSIR, and UGC)
- Desirable: Experience in crop raising and maintenance, recording of qualitative and quantitative data, and working knowledge of computers
Note: The above position is purely temporary on a contractual basis for a period of six months initially, which is likely to be extended till the conclusion of the project, based on the satisfactory performance of the incumbent or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Age Limit (01st August 2023):
- Men: 21-35 Years
- Women: As per the rules
Age Relaxation: Relaxation in the upper age is permissible in case of SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per Govt. norms.
Salary: The selected candidates will receive a salary of Rs. 31,000/- per month along with HRA as admissible.
