Detailed Eligibility and Selection Process
Technical Assistant
Indian Institute of Millets Research Recruitment 2023 Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or Diploma in Rural Development/Social Work from a recognized University/Institute. The candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience in mobilization of farmers, field demonstrations, and organizing village-level meetings with FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations) and large Farmers Groups. Fluency in Telugu/Kannada is desirable.
Information Technologist
Indian Institute of Millets Research Recruitment 2023 Educational Qualification: B.Sc Agriculture, B.Tech/BCA in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute. The candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience in handling IT-related assignments, MIS development, software development, or any Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multi-Media Designing/Web Designing with relevant experience. Working experience with FPOs/Startups and technology dissemination in agriculture is desirable.
SRF (Senior Research Fellow)

The candidate should have experience in working with FPOs, technology dissemination, and the development of millets-based business plans.
Project Coordinator

Indian Institute of Millets Research Recruitment 2023 Educational Qualification: PhD in Agribusiness Management/Rural Management/Agricultural Extension from a recognized university (with ICAR Accreditation) with 1-2 years of working experience with FPOs and good publications. The candidate should be an expert in marketing, processing, and value addition.
Age Limit (As on 14 August 2023): The maximum age limit is 35 years. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government rules.
Salary
- Technical Assistant: Rs. 15,000/- per month
- Information Technologist: Rs. 20,000/- per month
- SRF: Rs. 30,000-31,000/- per month
- Project Coordinator: Rs. 20,000/- per month
- Research Associate: Rs. 49,000/- per month
Selection Process
