1. Senior Technical Operation Executive
Skills: RPA AA Support engineers
Experience: 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit daily and weekly reports to project stakeholders
- Be ready to work in a 24*7 support environment, including night shifts
- Provide ad-hoc enhancements requested by stakeholders
- Maintain SLA Metrics for Bot
- Coordinate with L2 team and manage BOT machines
- Proficient in support processes, preferably ITIL framework
- Inspect and manage BOT machines/servers
- Monitor and fix BOT run issues to avoid delivery delays
- Maintain credential vault and modify credentials as per requirement
- Monitor control room aspects
2. Technology Analyst
Skills: RPA Automation Anywhere Test lead
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Design, Development, Validation, and Support activities in line with architecture requirements
- Participate in Knowledge Management activities to ensure high levels of service offerings to clients
- Understand the requirements (both functional and non-functional) through specifications and inputs from Business Analyst
- Do Impact Analysis and create Design Specifications
- Understand application architecture and the overall architecture from the design team
- Develop and review artifacts, conduct unit tests, and document unit test results
- Work on Go Live activities for smooth application deployment
3. Consultant / Sr. Consultant
Skills: RPA Business Analyst
Experience: 5 to 9 years
Key Responsibilities:
