The ideal candidate should have:
- Infosys Walk-in Drive 2023 Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail
- Experience in using ticketing tools such as Service now, Remedy, control M (added advantage)
- Knowledge of resolving queries utilizing voice skill on any of VPN, Drivers, O365, driver installations, Active Directory
- General support knowledge of Operating systems across various platforms and basic concepts of networking, cloud computing
- Productivity applications like Microsoft Office tools
- Open to work in a 24×7 and office environment
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach towards resolving customer issues
- Good time management
Customer Service/ Service Desk:
Experience: 2+ years
The ideal candidate should have:

- Work experience on ticketing tools such as Service Now, Remedy, Jira
- Experience in resolving queries utilizing voice skills on any of VPN, Drivers, O365, driver installations, Active Directory

Experience: 2+ years
- Infosys Walk-in Drive 2023 Review and process expenses received from client employees/vendors/stakeholders through the reimbursement tool

- Proficiency in Excel

F&A – RTR:
Experience: 6+ years (including 2+ years of team handling experience)
- Infosys Walk-in Drive 2023 Act as a subject matter expert in the areas of RTR Process
- Strong understanding of R2R process including Bank Reconciliations, Treasury Accounting, Fixed Assets Accounting, Journal Processing, Month End Closing activities, Reconciliation and Reporting process
- Ensure compliance with clients’ agreed SLAs & KPIs and meet ESAT and CSAT scores
- Timely review and closure of open items before closure as per Month-End activity for GL and Fixed Assets Sub-ledger closure and reconciliations
- People Management: Experience in managing a team of 8-15 members, building strong connections with external and internal stakeholders
- Support to team members in terms of process queries and to perform high-quality deliverables
- Support to Functional Lead, act as a Reviewer/Supervisor/Governance in the process
- Involve in team performance and review mechanism to enhance team performance
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with relevant stakeholders in the client organization to drive overall process objectives
