  • Bachelor’s degree: The incumbent should have a bachelor’s or higher degree. KPMG will not indicate any prominent field of study preference since they desire well-rounded graduates.

Job Role Responsiblities

  1. Drafting of Statements of Work (SoW) and Master Service Agreements (MSA):
    • Experience in drafting and reviewing contractual documents such as SOWs and MSAs
    • Ensure that contractual terms and conditions are captured accurately
  2. Assist in generating MARS code:
    • Experience with KPMG’s internal project management system, MARS
    • Create and maintain MARS codes
    • Collaborate with project teams on the correct setup of MARS codes
  3. Maintaining repositories and trackers for all contracts:
    • Develop and maintain centralized repositories and trackers for all client contracts
    • Keep contact information current and accessible
  4. Assist in updates related to change requests:
    • Support the process of managing and updating client change requests
    • Coordinate with teams involved in the project to complete change request processing promptly and accurately
  5. Adherence to standard operating procedures:
    • Show good grasp and adherence to the internal SOPs of KPMG
    • Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with established procedures
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams in the onboarding or off-boarding of candidates:
    • Facilitate candidate onboarding and offboarding by coordinating with cross-functional global teams
    • Keep accurate and recent records on all personnel changes, including personnel documentation
  7. Generation and maintenance of other day-to-day MIS data:
    • Collect, analyze, and maintain various Management Information System data
    • Provide ongoing status updates and regular reporting to stakeholders
