Detailed Eligibility:

Non-Executives:

Accountant:
– Graduate/Post Graduate with Intermediate pass of CA/ICWA.
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts work after passing the Intermediate of CA/ICWA.

Hindi Translator:
MECL Recruitment 2023 – Post Graduate in Hindi with Hindi and English as subjects at the graduate level.
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in translation from English to Hindi and vice versa, including technical articles.
– Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi/English Typing on computer, journalistic experience in a Technical Journal, and knowledge of Computer.

Technician:

Survey & Draftsman:
– Matriculate (OR) equivalent With ITI in Survey/ Draftsmanship (Civil).
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Survey OR Draftsman work.

Sampling:
– B.Sc.
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Drill Core/Mine Sampling.

Laboratory:
– B.Sc. in Chemistry/Physics/Geology.
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Chemical/Petrological/Mineralogical or similar Laboratories.

Assistant:

Materials:
– Graduate with Mathematics (OR) B.Com.
– Certificate in Typing with 40 wpm in English from Govt. recognized institutes/boards.
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling engineering and technical stores.

Accounts:
– B.Com.
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts work.
– Desirable: Tally software, Post Graduation in Commerce/Finance, and Knowledge of Computer.

HR:
– BA/B. Com/B.Sc./BBA/BBM/BSW.
– Certificate in Typing with 40 wpm in English from Govt. recognized institutes/board.
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as Office Assistant in HR/Admin/Personnel Department.
– Desirable: Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/Labour Laws/Labour Welfare.

Hindi:
MECL Recruitment 2023 – Graduate with Hindi and English as subjects (OR) Degree in English & having passed equivalent examination in Advance Hindi.
– Certificate in Typing with 30 wpm in Hindi from Govt. recognized institutes/board.
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience of working as Office Assistant in Hindi in a reputed company or organization.
– Desirable: Post Graduate Degree in Hindi, Typing speed @ 40 w.p.m. in English (on computer).

Electrician:
– Matriculate or equivalent with ITI (Electrical).
– Valid Wireman certificate.
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical wiring/repairs of Electrical Machinery/power generation/power transmission/power distribution.

Executive:

Deputy General Manager (Finance):
MECL Recruitment 2023 – CA/ICWA (OR) Full-time 2 years MBA/PGDM in Finance Management.
– Minimum 17 years of relevant experience, out of which at least 6 years should be in a senior responsible managerial position in Financial Management, Management accounting, and various aspects of financial accounting, auditing, and cost accounting.

Manager (Geology):
– M.Sc/M.Tech./M.Sc.Tech. (Geology/Applied Geology/Earth Science/Exploration Geology/Mineral Exploration/Geological Technology) (OR) equivalent.
– Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in geological assignments, out of which at least 5 years should be site experience in mineral exploration, in Reconnaissance/Preliminary/General/Detailed exploration for minerals with preparation of Geological Reports.
– Desirable: Mineral targeting through remote sensing applications, knowledge of AutoCAD, Map Info or Arc GIS or similar GIS software, Geological modelling, ore reserve estimation, and mine planning software system, Certificate course/Training in Advanced Remote Sensing.

Assistant Manager – Geology:
MECL Recruitment 2023 – M.Sc/M.Tech./M.Sc.Tech. (Geology/Applied Geology/Earth Science/Exploration Geology/Mineral Exploration/Geological Technology) (OR) equivalent.
– Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in geological assignments, out of which at least 3 years should be site experience in mineral exploration, in Reconnaissance/Preliminary/General/Detailed exploration for minerals with preparation of Geological Reports.

MECL Recruitment 2023 – Full-time 2 years PG Degree/Diploma in HR/Personnel Management & Industrial Relation (OR) MBA (HR)/MSW/MMS(HR) (OR) equivalent.
– Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in one or more areas of Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/HR Functions.

Electrical Engineer:
