Detailed Eligibility: Meet the Essential Requirements
To be eligible for the role of Associate Software Engineer – Anaplan, you need to fulfill the following criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in maintaining and configuring the Anaplan application.
- Possess knowledge of learning and development processes and best practices.
- Understand software design principles and methodology.
- Have worked in an Application Production Support or similar environment.
- Exhibit working knowledge in areas such as Service Level Management, Service Management Design, Configuration Management, Testing and Transition.
- Demonstrate the ability to comprehend and follow documented guidelines and procedures.
- Showcase proven analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Have a good understanding of both on-Cloud and off-Cloud environments.
- Possess creative problem-solving and analytic skills required to identify, develop, and implement solutions to meet business needs.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You are great at:
- Operational Support: Provide Level 3 support for SMAX requests, alerts received from monitoring systems, tickets, and end-users. Document and improve procedures and knowledge articles for use by OpenText global IT Operational Teams.
- System Configuration and Setup
- User Access Management: Manage user access requests efficiently by dedicating offering in SMAX for the requested roles. Provision the roles in the FP&A application upon receiving requests with the relevant approvals completed.
- Data Load: Familiarity with loading data from peripheral systems into FP&A/Anaplan.
- Data Validation: Perform data refresh activities, including exporting/copying existing data from the FP&A application Prod and importing/loading it in the Sandbox servers.
