Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduating from B.Tech/B.E, MBA 2023/2024 or CAs
- Available to start the internship immediately
- Willing to relocate and work from the office in Bangalore
- Available for a full-time 6-month internship

About the Role:
- Rupeek Off Campus Drive 2023 Design, develop, and deploy project and program-specific strategies.
- Launch and lead experiments for new business models and set them up for success.
- Work in a multi-threaded environment with varied stakeholders including engineering, product, data analytics, business, operations, finance, and leadership.
- Ability to plan and execute programs within deadlines, value prioritization, planning, detailing out initiatives, and problem-solving.
- Tracking, coordination, and reporting of initiatives.
- Travel and meet central teams of lenders + regional teams on a case-by-case basis.
