Detailed Eligibility:
Graduate Engineer Trainee:
- Qualification: B.Tech (Any Stream)
- Batch: 2022 or 2023
- Preference will be given to candidates with internship experience in any MNC
- Male candidates who are ready to join immediately in the Gujarat Plant will be given preference
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and advanced MS Excel
- Good email writing skills
- Thorough understanding of basic mechanical concepts
- Candidates with internship experience in any MNC will be preferred
Training Tenure: Somic ZF Off Campus Drive 2023 The selected candidate will undergo training for one year as a Graduate Engineer Trainee.
Confirmation: Upon completion of the training period, the candidate will be confirmed as a Section Engineer based solely on their performance during the training.
Stipend during One Year Training: The cost to the company is Rs. 3,12,000 Lakh per annum or approximately Rs. 26,000 per month, including the employer’s PF contribution (excluding employee’s PF deduction and optional canteen charges).
Stipend After Confirmation: Upon confirmation, the cost to the company is Rs. 3,96,000 Lakh per annum or approximately Rs. 33,000 per month, including the employer’s PF contribution (excluding the employees PF deduction and optional canteen charges).
