Starbucks Recruitment 2023 As an apprentice, you will undergo 12 months of paid apprenticeship with on-the-job training. You will be required to work for 9 hours a day (including 1 hour break) for 5 days a week. Additionally, there will be an online assessment after 3 and 11 months of the program. Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a government-recognized and Starbucks co-branded certificate.
Your responsibilities as an apprentice will include providing legendary customer service to all customers, creating the Starbucks Experience by delivering prompt service and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. You will also be expected to model and act in accordance with TATA Starbucks’ guiding principles.
