- Diploma with 5 to 10 years of experience
- BE /B.Tech with 2 to 10 years of experience
Job Description-Engineer/Senior Engineer/Asst. Manager (ME/Methods/Process)::
- Preparation & release of process planning documents like MIS, route card, PD, MOS, HWI, visual aids and other engineering documents
- Prepare & release the requirement generation documents like EBOM, PBOM, SAP BOM update for FPQ / FAI as per the agreed timelines
- Knowledge of GD&T requirements, CATIA, 3D VIEWER, MS OFFICE, SAP working on MM, BOM and routing creations
- Candidates having knowledge of composites manufacturing process are preferred
Job Description-Tool Designer (Aerospace Fixture Design): :
- Experience on creating conceptual tool designs for composites parts using CATIA V5
- To review and improvements of tool design in accordance with tool order, engineering drawing, MIS and other contractual requirements
- Preparation of detail 2D tool drawing for manufacturing as per ANSI Y14.5M
- Knowledge on composites, GD&T, fits and tolerances, manufacturing processes are preferred
