TPSC Recruitment 2023: Junior Engineer/Election Inspector Jobs
The Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) has announced a recruitment notification for the positions of Junior Engineer and Election Inspector. There are a total of 20 vacancies available for these posts. Candidates with a B.E/B.Tech/Diploma degree or any other degree are eligible to apply for these positions. Detailed Eligibility for Junior Engineer:
- A candidate must have at least a degree in an appropriate branch of engineering from a recognized university or its equivalent academic qualification.
- Candidates who have obtained a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering are considered equivalent to Electrical Engineering, while those with a degree in Civil and Transportation Engineering are considered equivalent to Civil Engineering. Candidates with a degree in Production Engineering are considered equivalent to Mechanical Engineering.
- Applicants must have a permanent resident certificate of Tripura (PRTC).
Age Limit (As on 24 August 2023): 18-40 years
The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC, ST, PH/PWD candidates, and government servants. However, candidates belonging to ST/SC/PH category will not get an additional relaxation over and above the general relaxation of 5 years applicable to them.
Salary Details:
- Junior Engineer, Grade-V(A) Degree: Rs. 47,600/-
- Junior Engineer, Grade-V(B), Diploma: Rs. 34,700/-
