Education: Voltas Off Campus Drive 2023 The candidates should have completed B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical.

Key Deliverables:
- Learn heat load estimation, equipment selection, ducting design, piping design, and other HVAC system-related designs.
- Understand the retrofit business model of Customer Care Business.
- Grasp the AMC business model of Customer Care Business.
- Visit various customer sites and understand their expectations and requirements.
- Estimate retrofits and prepare Techno-Commercial proposals under the guidance of Retrofit Head.
- Comprehend various AMC schemes and submit Techno-Commercial proposals under the guidance of AMC Head.
- Accompany AMC Engineers to various AMC sites and develop troubleshooting skills.
- Carry out activities as per instructions given by Branch Head, Retrofit Head, or AMC Head. Submit weekly/monthly reports to respective reporting managers.
